Shipping Policy
All Items are dispatched within two working days of purchase. For made to order items please allow 7-10 days before dispatch. UK delivery will normally take 2-3 days. Overseas delivery can take up to 10-14 day. All items are sent tracked by Royal Mail from the UK.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Burbo directly to resolve the issue. Remakes, Alterations and Exchanges will be offered free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As each item is handmade and a wearable work of art please refrain from a 'Try Before You Buy' approach, as encouraged by the mass produced Fast Fashion industry. Ordering six items and returning five can cripple a small business.
We are always available via email, social media and facetime to offer advice on a piece, so that you are absolutely sure you wish to purchase or order a bespoke item.
